Recovering from the school budget crisis, restoring student programs and services, and rebounding from learning loss due to the pandemic. We must support a new superintendent who successfully partners with BOE members and administration to stabilize our school district’s budget, educational programs, and services without financially overburdening our residents.
RESILIENCE
Building trust through effective communication, decisions, and actions that the school budget will prioritize students, classroom programs, and services. Parents and taxpayers must be confident that prudent decisions are being made in their best interests.
RELIABILITY
Fostering solid relationships among administration leadership, staff, community, and government representatives is crucial in creating an atmosphere of trust and respect. All stakeholders must know the latest state curriculum mandates and school funding legislation. School board members must listen to all perspectives and work together to ensure a conducive learning environment and a well-run school district.
